“Life’s a bitch, and war crimes are hard to prove.”

No, actually its impossible to prove only if the criminal is a commie but if they are anticommunist, they are railroaded by the leftist Justice Dept and Fed govt very easily.

Do I have to remind you of the Demjaniuk who was thrown into jail based on a phoney “Ivan the Terrible” ID card provided by the KGB?

He was saved from frying by the Supreme Court in Israel and now the Feds have prosecuted him again!

And how dare you call these Commie butchers Jewish!
My family knew these heathens and the only time they went to synagogue (or church) in the 20’s & 30’s was to burn them down!

And rather than a quick read, I suggest you be more thorough. It is quite clear that these genocidal scum were BRAGGING about the wanton murder of civilians - they even wrote books.

In short they have confessed. But where is the prosecution?

Why the denial?

“Elsewhere in Ukraine, another Montreal man — Nahun Kohn — was fighting for much of the war with a partisan group who routinely killed anti-Soviet Ukrainians... In one such attack, “bullets were flying hot and thick, and one of our bullets set the hut on fire,” Mr. Kohn wrote in a memoir. “We watched it burn, and we made sure that nobody escaped from the flames.” “

Your defense of the refusal by the Feds to prosecute these scum is beneath contempt and I am not sure why a commie defender would want to be at FR.

I mean what part of “The communists killed 100 million in the last century and there has not been one prosecution.” do you not understand?

To my knowledge the United States hasn't prosecuted anyone for war crimes since the late 1940s. We certainly never prosecuted Demjaniuk for anything, we simply deported him. And we're deporting him again because though it's likely he wasn't Ivan the Terrible, it's crystal clear he was a camp guard who lied to enter the country. Your sympathy for illegals is noted.

I have no problem with deporting communists, we have deported a few from places like Cambodia, but as I pointed out no one tracks these people to my knowledge. Since you know of war criminals residing in the United States, I'd suggest you bring them to the attention of the authorities. We deport lots of people for persecution, it's only Nazis that bring out defenders.

As to Your defense of the refusal by the Feds to prosecute these scum is beneath contempt and I am not sure why a commie defender would want to be at FR. feel free to make your case. There's no doubt in my mind that FR will throw me out every bit as quick as they thow out Nazis and racists.
