I think one of Barry’s greatest successes has been in getting people to discount him, based solely on his ignorance. He truly knows nothing about US history, any US issue, past or present, or anything relating to economics and foreign policy. Therefore, easy to defeat, right?

No. Obama is driven by a real lust for power and he is a demagogue. A demagogue doesn’t have to know anything; he just has to make people FEEL that they want to vote for him and then life will be good. But at the same time, he has to be politically aggressive precisely to eliminate people who might know something or be able to offer a rational vision.

Obama is not “Obambi,” sweetly tripping along the paths of ignorance and manipulated by George Soros. If anything, I think he’s the one manipulating George Soros, who is too dumb and ideologically anti-American to realize it. Barry Obama is a guy who wants power, who wants to be the chief, who wants to be the leader of the masses (using his unchalleged leadership of the black masses to get him started), and he is not about to let reality interfere with that. He started off that way and he’s going to continue that way, and we shrug him off at our peril.

I think that you give Hussein too much credit.

I agree that he is a power hungry bastard and his arrogance can be seen by that chin up head carriage.

But he ain't The Man.

I agree that he'd be a danger to this country but the real threat are those behind the scenes that would be in position to take over. He'd just be the front man.

I think Obama is the single most dangerous figure in American politics in more than a century. He is “the Mule” from Isaac Asimov’ “Foundation Trilogy.” He is a demagogue, willing to do anything for power. He may even be more power hungry than the clintons, and believe it or not, is far less qualified by experience, intelligence or character to be entrusted with it. Slick Willie was at least governor of a state, and while something of a corrupt southern bubba in the White House, he at least knew enough to not seriously push plans that would entirely wreck the American economy. Obama does not have any such sense. In the pursuit of power, he’ll gladly kill the Golden Goose. Probably by his usual modus operandi: by throwing it under the bus.
