Both sides will be out in force and voting due to the Gay Marriage issue on our ballot this November

I thought California already rejected that - is this a perrenial ballot question, keep asking until they say "YES"?

No. Californians approved a law in, I think 2001, by a 63% to 33% margin to outlaw same sex marriage. The California Supremes just overruled us. This time we are voting on a State Constitutional Amendment.
