It's doubtful a contractor was there working on the building at 2AM, when the fire broke out. Especially on a Saturday night slash early Sunday morning. Strange.

I've gotten a lot of these "careless contractor" excuses. But, I think most of those who use that excuse don't believe it 100% themselves. They just don't want to admit what is in the back of their minds because they are afraid of being called a "conspiracy theorist" and conspiracies are rarely exposed. And they want to be on the "right" side, the "see we told you so" side in the end.
