yea, Savage. Borders, language, culture

I am now at the point where I can barely stand to listen to Rush. If I hear him use the word "liberal" one more time without referencing it to communism, I think I will throw up!

These guys are NOT liberals!!!!! They are communists!

but we'll eventually have to confront the American left head-on,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The best way to do that is to call them what they are: COMMUNISTS!

It time for them to be in the defensive position of having to explain why they are not communist.

You could provide support from the rear.

Oh, about 600 yards back.

Me? I’m sharpening my skills by busting milk jugs at 400 yards over iron sights. My eyes aren’t what they used to be, but I can still do it.

So you married a sheepdog too. LOL

Would you give this to your husband and then shake his hand for me and let him know he’s not alone.

The GOP has swung so far to the Left in the last 30 years
that I think NASCAR should name a race after them.

It time for them to be in the defensive position of having to explain why they are not communist.

That's definitely where we need to start, but before that can even happen, Republicans, conservatives, and patriotic Americans are going to have to all come to grips with how perilous our situation really is.

We're going to have to stop doing whatever we've been doing, if we want things to change. In my mind, that means real, and unrelenting activism at every level on our part. It's going to take an unprecedented effort on our part to steer the ship back on course.

Sorry to hear that.

It's alright. I don't think my brother's said anything intelligible in years anyway. Just sounds like "bark, bark, bark, bark...." LOL

...unless you can conjure up a political solution, there will eventually be a nonpolitical solution.

Well stated. I too, have a very deep faith in the soul of the American people, and do not believe that they would allow this country to be radically changed into a Marxist nation.

But, then again, the Marxists have been accomplishing their goals by incrementalism, which Americans have gradually accepted, ounce by ounce. It's the only way to overthrow a truly free people, and apparently, it's working.

I don't know what kind of event might trigger a "non-political solution", but there is almost more of a chance of that happening here, as a "political solution". In my view, we've just about missed our window of opportunity on the latter.

Helluva reality to have to face, eh?

Then the Congressman Larry Craig sex scandal broke and the Republican majorities in the House and Senate were lost

No, that would be Mark Foley.

The so-called Foley scandal was the one that conservatives swallowed hook, line and sinker subsequently asking for Speaker Hastert's head. So what did they get? Gay San Francisco Nancy.

Foolishness.

This is why I’ll never vote for a Democrat. Anyone who associates with this cesspool of anti-Americanism is not worthy of my vote. Anyone who claims to be a Democrat is either on the side of these traitors or is so ignorant that they merit no consideration for elected office. The Democratic Party has passed the point of no return. Its future is to be a force dedicated to the destruction of the America I grew up in.

In the past true leaders have emerged, the people have stepped up and done what it takes to overcome evil. Maybe I am a victim of this anti-American message, but my confidence that we are up to it is just not there.

schu

The American people, for the most part have lost their desire to live as free people.

They prefer the perceived security of governmental control to the responsibility of having to make their own decisions.

A read a story years ago about how some Eskimos hunted wolves. It went like this: They would pour water on ice to make sharp icicles. They they poured blood on the icicles. The wolves would lick the blood on the icicle. The cold icicle would numb their tong and the icicle would cut their tong which would cause warm blood to flow. The more they licked the more blood would flow until they bled out.

The Government is the Eskimo. The blood is money and the people are the wolves.

Once any people have become dependent upon the good mercies of Government, history has demonstrated that the results are not pretty. For the people.

The citizens of the United States are about to learn this lesson the hard way.

"What would the MSM do to o’bama if he were a GOP contender?"

The MSM and idiots like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would brand him an "Uncle Tom," then find some skank to accuse him of sexually harrassing her because she found a pubic hair on a coke can.

"...Have you read Blacklisted by History by S. Evans?"

No, never heard of it. Thankfuly, I'm old enough to have gone to school before the real dumbing down of America by the communists began, and we learned all about the McCarthey era. We weren't told if he was right or wrong, just educated about it. Later, after I got older and started paying attention, it became rather obvious to me that he had been right. I have no doubts that some of the activities by the committee went overboard a tad, and that some innocent people probably suffered for it by having their names linked to communism, but he was a bloodhound on the right track, and new what was happening, and tried to stop it.

The real shame of it is that once McCarthey was seen as going "too far," it forever shut down any chance of any truthful pursuit of communists in this nation, as the mere accusation of "you're a McCarthyite!" caused shame and derision for anyone who thought he had a point.

Now for my own conspiracy: What if McCarthey was a communist mole, and what if his plan was to be so outrageous and cause such a spectacle via the committee, that it would make any other future attempt to hunt down the communists nearly impossible, having shamed his own tactics out of existence?

I'll tellya, nothing would surprise me any more. The Russians are decent chess players, and think many moves ahead of what appears on the surface.

If I see the book I might pick it up though. Thanks for the referral. I don't know much about McCarthey, the man, outside of his brief reign as a famous communist hunter.
