Common sense says that they shouldn’t be taking pictures of themselves naked to begin with. They are participating in child porn distribution. I say scare the crap out of them by arresting them, “booking them”, and throwing them in a jail cell for a good 24 hours.
Then when they are good and scared, haul them out in front of a judge who will let them know in no uncertain terms that they are committing a SERIOUS felony that could get them many years in jail and listed as a sex offender for life. Then give them about 200 hours of community service picking up trash on the roadside all summer.
