US elections: Barack Obama juggernaut 'will crush John McCain'

Senator Barack Obama has established a battle-tested 50-state grassroots organisation and fundraising “juggernaut” that will crush John McCain in November, according to his senior advisers.

With the Illinois senator declaring himself “within reach” of the Democratic nomination after achieving a majority of the pledged delegates - those allocated by vote - on Tuesday, his campaign has already pivoted to preparing for the general election against Mr McCain, the presumptive Republican nominee.

Although publicly heaping praise on Hillary Clinton, Mr Obama’s Democratic rival, and carefully avoiding putting pressure on her to drop out before the final states vote on June 3rd, the Illinois senator’s staff is impatient to launch a full-scale offensive against Mr McCain.

“Tell that to the Hillary supporters who are voting for John McCain! I know several and they are die-hard Democrats who are extremely active in politics (including money-wise).”

Right. There are a lot of Hitlery supporters who will vote for McCain. They hate the DNC and what they perceive it has done to Hitlery and want her in 2012.

Unless Mc Cain screws up badly, he will win against Obomination.

This author is absolutely correct!

How can Obama lose with 57 states voting for him.

enator Barack Obama has established a battle-tested 50-state grassroots organisation and fundraising “juggernaut” that will crush John McCain in November, according to his senior advisers.

Let’s see, he lost 5 out of the last 7 states. I guess his juggernaut only works with people that don’t know anything about him.

Yeah, the 50 state "juggernaut" that lost WV and KY by over 30%+ margins against a bankrupt candidate that had already numerically lost nomination...

If we were running an actual conservative this year I would give Obama less than 5% chance of winning. But since it's McCain, I'll give Obama a 25% chance in the general...

I don’t think John McCain realises what he’s in for,” said one adviser. “We’ve created a juggernaut,” said another, “and it’s going to overwhelm him.”

Talk about whistling past the graveyard.

Barack Mohammed (since we are no longer to refer to his given middle name) Obama, Jr., the charismatic, messianic Magic Negro, is also at the same time the emptiest suit in town.

Jimmy Carter redux, he would take our SUVs and the control of our thermostats away from us “for our own good”, a phrase that has been dropped elsewhere by other purveyors of the same snake oil.

Plus, there is a huge simmering resentment in this country, one or the other of two diametrically opposed groups are going to be BADLY disappointed by how the DNC and the Superdelegates are going to decide in Denver this August.

What role, if any, is Bob Barr going to play in this election in November? He can’t win, of course, but he could very much act as a steering correction for the course the nation is now set upon for at least the next four years.

Only, the corrections, if any, would be negative. By attracting large enough protest vote, the election could be effectively denied to John McCain. If McCain could attract large enough vote in spite of the presence of Bob Barr, then he would NEVER be beholden to what he considers the “conservative” wing of the party.

Especially so if he were to reach out to disappointed Democrats, say like Joseph Lieberman (not really a Democrat any more, but not a traditional Republican either), or nightmare possibility, a spiteful Hillary Clinton, who might just join forces with John McCain in a “fusion” ticket that would confound and greatly disorientate any number of lifelong Democrats.

Not to say what that would do to the Republican core, the center-right conservative wing. They will have the warmest hands in the country, for they shall be sitting on them, at least in the Presidential selection. The top of the ticket will have not much traction with the remainder of party posts to be filled.

Who knows, it might be the best thing ever that has happened to America.

Is that the rustle of pigs taking flight I hear?

The “whitey” video sounds like a red herring. It sounds like political posturing — like the rumors about Clinton’s Lewinsky testimony. Before the deposition video came out, people were going crazy about how Clinton lost his temper and how the video would end his presidency. Then it came out and there was nothing overly embarrassing on the tape.

This could be a psyops program trying to make the right overplay its hand. Bloggers go on and on about how racist Mrs. Barak Hussein Obama is, but when the video is played, it isn’t very bad.

Dyslexic headline writer alert!

(The names are reversed, although I wouldn’t characterize John McCain’s campaign as a “juggernaut”).

Anyone know why Obama hasn’t had a fatwa issued against him for converting from islam to christianity? Could it be that he really hasn’t converted?

The candidate who wins will be the candidate who self-destructs the least. And right now it’s even money on which it will be.

I think McCain will probably beat Obama, but let’s get realistic, it won’t be a cake walk.

McCain is not a good debater. (Obama isn’t a good debater either.) McCain hems and haws, gets confused, gets his facts mixed up - remember the Shiite, Sunni confusion?

He will need to win back true conservatives, plus attract independents and disaffected Dems, a hard fence to straddle, but McCain can probably do it, he’s had a lot of practice.

"But they believe that the ferocious fight Mrs Clinton has put up has helped them build an organisation of unprecedented strength."

Obama should thank Rush and the "Operation Chaos" exercises for getting his team battle ready for November.

I said it before, and I'll say it again, America will not elect somebody whose middle name is Hussein!

Nor will they get enthused about Juan. It will be interesting to see which side has voter interest drop lower. After the Farm Bill override today, we can kiss any chance at the House checking either Liberal good bye.

The so-called Sunni, Shia confusion was not ignorance so much as it was ignorance on the part of the press and public. Iranian Intelligence has for years trained Sunni terrorists when it was thought to be a tactical advantage to do so. This has included Al Qaeda members on numerous occasions.

I think Shrillary will get the nod at the convention. Fact is, the Be’otch can win the big states and Obuma cannot.

Obuma supporters will be out to “Get Whitey” in retribution. If this occurs, I will put on my BET silk jacket/BET baseball cap “go out and slap a honkey.” (satire)

Shhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiittttt, Hillary done disenfranchised the Obuma supporters.

The Bottom Line,
NSNR
