Follow the carbon trail... Yep... and he authored much of it. I went back and read his legislation from 2003 and part of the 2007 bill. What a crock. A HUGE goverment bureacracy! Think the SEC, except for exchanging carbon credits. And regulation after regulation--pure government force. I cannot believe the amount of money that has already been wasted on this scam and the number of useful idiots that have gone along for the ride.
