Those who didn't reply or didn't reply quickly enough about your challenge were considered as "ChiCom that won’t respond when engaged in fair debate ".
It seems nobody responded as quickly as you expected, otherwise you didn't need to report it. Considering you ruled nobody out, that's evident to show you called every Chinese poster (who you think should debate with you) ChiCom.
