The first two pics for tonight's Sortie come from New Zealland courtesy of Glenn Alderton.

Here is an oldie but a goodie from the RNZAF, a Bell 47 Sioux helicopter.

A B-1 Lancer poses for the camera.

A pair of A-6 Intruders off of the Eisenhower get thier picture taken.

A B-52 slides into the refuelling position in this picture.

And to close out the Sortie I've got a C-121 for BIGLOOK and AZamericonnie, Brrr

Bonus Pic for this Saturday night...

Count the sequins size (HERE)

Well ya'll have a great week and stay safe out there.

Regards

To: alfa6; DieHard the Hunter

Thanks, alfa, for tonight’s Saturday Sortie...((HUGS))...boy, I haven’t seen a Bell 47 Sioux helicopter for a long time. Love the refueling shot. Hope you had a great day.

Would you be so kind as to add DieHard the Hunter to your ping list. He’s a Kiwi.

Aloha Alfa6!

Thanks for the shot of the AF EC-121. At first I thought it was taken at Elmendorf but there are no mountains on the horizon; Must be Thule, early summer I suspect.

Hubby learned to fly in a Bell 47...it’s now the oldest ‘47 still flying IIRC.
