At least now it may go to the Supreme Court. It has to be appealed to go to the Federal courts. Ya think a liberal like Arnold is going to give the green light to that?
I find it interesting that Sean Hannity -- who helped that idiot get into office -- hasn't said a word about this decision to open his show today.
