May the Almighty grant you a Refuah Shelemah, my dear man.
(And may nobody tell you today’s California news until you are much stronger!!! LOL)
Thank you for the update. JimRob does have the whole world of Freeperland praying for him. for sure! Especially the next few hours
Prayers ongoing.
Actually....yes. I can...
Prayers for Jim. God’s with him.
Amy, thank you for all the work you do keeping us posted about Jim. I am sorry Jim had to wait. That has to make it harder.
Are you East Coast? If so, that would be 5:00ET.
Thank you for the Update, Amy, and my Prayers are Continuing.
Yes I am east coast.
Okay. I will be available all day.
Before you go to Marissa's school, can you send me a freepmail with the ping list you are using for updates on the prayer thread? Just in case I need to post an update?
Thanks, and yes............the day DID just get longer. :-(
I am really glad to know that they are controlling Jim's pain. That has been a big concern for a long time.
I hate that he and the family have to wait..and you, too, of course..
Prayers will continue...
May God ease all anxuety and fear.
Lord, may all that is needed be provided for Jim and his loved ones.In Jesus Name I pray.
Serenity prayer.
God works thru angels with his intentions...You are one !
..God bless your decency and God bless Jim in his plight.
BTTT
I’m so sorry to hear that, but if there is poison in the leg, it CAN affect the rest of his body. My husband lost both of his legs below the knee, four years apart. He learned to walk on one prosthesis, and then had to re-learn how to walk again on two prostheses. I don’t know if that’s an option for Jim or not, from what I read here.
I hope they close the wound the way the second surgeon did for my husband. The first surgeon did a messy job, and I had to dress the wound for several months before he could get his prosthesis. The second surgeon closed by flapping the skin over and stitching it, and there was no wound dressing necessary at all. If they started at 9:00, you’re right, we should be hearing any time now.
Jim: Prayers are with you.
Amen
What a great photo! I’ll use it to keep Jim in the forefront of my mind as I pray for his smooth surgery, speedy recovery, comfort, peace of mind, healing strength, and for Sheila, for everything she needs to know that she and Jim are safe in God’s loving care.
...........continuing in Prayer here!
Polly
