I am a Chinese,15 years old student in nanning, guangxi province.
I've known many Chinese students since I was in junior high. Throughout graduate school I've known and tutored many Chinese students from both Hong Kong and mainland PRC at both the undergraduate and graduate school level. These were all students who were highly selected by University of Chicago admissions and who had, in the case of graduate school, GRE tests scores of 800/800 in verbal/quantitative. Among none of them have I seen anything remotely like the combination of fractured grammar and syntax with such a high degree of florid and archaic usage as in your posts. Are you using something like Babelfish to obtain your English?

It is rather odd isn’t it? KungFuBrad has been a teacher in China for some time. Perhaps he has an opinion on this. I know you are a bit busy right now, Brad, but I thought you might be interested.
