He’s merely doing the job that the justice system, government, and cops WON’T do.

Thank God that there are people out there who will do the job that law enforcement won’t do.

Ironically they banned the father but not the pervert from the school

He is absolutely in compliance, McGinnis said. That you KNOW of. It's what you DON'T know that could be a major problem especially if LE turns their head when perverts drive by schools with puppies to intice children. Whatever happened to "protect and serve" the good citizens of the community rather than pandering to criminals?

In the old days, someone like this molester would have been told to leave town, and, if he did not promptly comply, the next visit would have involved more than words. The current system of monitoring released sex perverts defies reason. Neither police nor watch groups can be present all the time. He will strike as soon as he feels he can get away with it. If the laws do not provide for their permanent exclusion from society, extralegal action against these perverts is justified.

Without knowing the details of the sex offender's previous crime, it seems likely that he is a candidate to re-offend. This is a small town and his every movement is no doubt under a magnifying glass. I'd wager that if he were to re-offend he would likely head to a large city where he is an unknown.
It's not a good situation.

Hey - in my neck of the woods the cops just arrested some guy that they had released just a month ago. And he didn't touch anyone.
Although the cops did find him naked in some gal's apartment that he had broken into and was watching her take a shower. Thank goodness she had her cell-phone (too bad it wasn't a gun) in the bathroom and was able to slam the bathroom door and call the cops.
Not sure why he hung around in her apartment. The cops even had to dress him. I'm sure it was all just a misunderstanding.

It makes one wonder if the reason you have a really nice, safe
small town...then crime-ridden town a few miles away...
doesn't have something to do with a covert "vigilance" committee.
That quietly does the sort of "dis-invitation" work that cops can't
legally do.

"Ironically they banned the father but not the pervert from the school"Metcalf said he was telling everyone that Timothy Alan Larsen, 62, of Battlement Mesa, is a registered sex offender.
After the confrontation, Larsen was banned from returning to the activity center
They didn't ban the father, they banned the pervert
To: Republicus2001
Ironically they banned the father but not the pervert from the school After the confrontation, Larsen was banned from returning to the activity center, said Bob Jasper, district manager of the Consolidated Metropolitan District, which oversees the activity center.
Metcalf is the father who was the protector of the children. So the sleezy perp did get banned from the kids center. It is the only thing that the others involved did right.

Thats what they said: Theyve got to catch him with his hand in the cookie jar. And I said, That is really nice, being that the cookie jar is going to be a 6-year-old boy, Metcalf said.

Oh, I think I am in love with this guy. Smart, tough and a sarcastic fella as well.

Just last week I got a call from a friend and our city government had hired a registered sex offender (Child Portn) to be a lifeguard at the city pool! They didn’t even do a background check on this person or check the internet!
