But MSNBC just said she was "done" last night. Matthews, Olbermann, and their little panel agreed that her speech was conciliatory and reflected the beginning of a democrat party unification effort. Matthews himself said something like "if the Republicans think this party is fractured their sorely mistaken".
I guess its just a case of folks thinking if they hope for something strongly enough, it may come true?

The Democrat Party is very fractured and the Democrats are in denial.
The older voters who did not vote for Obama will vote for McCain, as will White rural voters.
These voters are not going to support Obama.
