She implied it. Her people have been trying to set it up asking him if he's ever sold drugs or been arrested. If it's true and he denies it, then its much worse when it all comes out. If its true and he admits its it, then their research is done for them.

I dunno what they have or what they are working on, but I bet you dollars to donuts there's something there and that's why she's sticking it out. She knows they are close and if it hits then everything is changed.

It would be ironic if Obama is driven out by the same tactics (exposing sealed records) that his supporters used to drive Jack Ryan out of the Senate race that Obama won.

She might also simply be trying to prejudice the public against Obama further, using the foundation of Obama's admission that he used some hard drugs. Inference. After all, if you're messing with coke and maybe even crack, it's a good possibility that you dealt in it.
