The authors are listed in the original document, as well as the names those Congressional Representatives who attended this Hearing on December 13th, 2000.

Obviously, the authors of this presetnation did NOT think that the bin Laden meeting in Albania was, as you put it, "a lie".

So tell me, where are you from? Because most Americans would have picked up on the source of the link as NOT being "the Serbian government" or "Julia Gorin", but rather "The US House of Representatives"!
