Yes, the heat can be tough on the plants. With those temps, you’ll be watering non stop for sure. I still haven’t been able to do much planting because we still could get some frost. I did that one year and regretted it.

I have enough adventures at work with all the new technology we have to deal with and I don't need any other excitement to waste time. We have new computer programs that are like working a maze. Nothing like trying to teach an old dog new tricks.

As far as the frost, we are well out of that. We were afraid of the storms that came through the other evening. One of the guys at work told us his neighbor had his corn crop basically wiped out from quarter sized hail last week. We were spared the hail, but did get some heavy rain and strong winds.
