LOL, To each his own. The arguement can be made that if you cook a steak well done you lose most of the flavor(which is in the fat and juice) and tenderness, so why bother?

KPAM news at 5:00 (my time): Mentioned a national Day of Silence by students to protest gay/lesbian discrimination. It sounded as if this protest was accepted by the schools. On the other hand, here's what happened in NM:
Girl in trouble for planning anti-abortion protest
A planned anti-abortion protest has an Albuquerque 8th grader in trouble with school officials.
The James Monroe Middle School student wants to hold an anti-abortion protest at school by duct taping her mouth shut in a day of silence.
But the school is dead-set against the idea.
Janelle Bushnell's adopted father, Scott Bushnell, said he got an irate phone call from the principal of the school Tuesday. He said the principal threatened to punish his daughter if she went through with the protest.
Janelle, who is a 4.0 student, decided to plan a silent protest at school after she found out that doctors had encouraged her biological mother to have an abortion.
School officials wrote Janelle and another girl up on Wednesday. Janelle said the school told them that they could face suspension and possibly be arrested if the protest goes on.

Rev. Wright has had the same vocal coach as Hillary. When she was so raspy and grating, someone told her she had to smoothe it down and keep it in control. Now Wright doesn’t sound quite like the same “God ___ America” man.
