New voters flood upcoming primaries [Operation Chaos]

More than half a million people have registered to vote or switched registrations this year to get their say in upcoming Democratic primaries in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Indiana - the latest indication of heavy voter interest and enthusiasm in the 2008 presidential campaign.

As the nomination battle between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton stretches through the spring, the three states are suddenly at the epicenter of a race that many predicted would be resolved by now. Pennsylvania votes a week from Tuesday; North Carolina and Indiana head to the polls on May 6.

Registrations in all three states - which are competitive between the two senators - have surged this year as it has become clear that voters in those states may well determine the Democratic nominee.

"There's more interest in the primary among the citizens here than any time in the last 40 years," said Edward Carmines, a political scientist at Indiana University.

The spike in voter activity reflects a defining trend of this election.

Voter turnout in one Democratic contest after another has smashed records and far surpassed Republican numbers, even though they, too, reached all-time highs in some states. And a significant number of Republicans have changed their registrations so they can vote in the Democratic race.

...somehow they forget to mention Operation Chaos. I guess they don't want to give credit where it is due.

I hope that is a result of operation chaos. We’ll see if they return to the GOP after the primaries.

Operation Chaos is working exactly as I had planned.

Don't doubt me.

This ‘Operation Chaos’ will turn around and bite us. This has been the biggest mistake the Limbaugh/Republican party has made in a long time.

I didn't vote in either primary. It is not that I think Rush's Operation Chaos is a bad thing but whenever I thought about pulling the lever for the hildabeast, I got sick at my stomach.

There were alot of us who crossed over in TX.

First time I have voted dim in my life...

and the last.

All these baby ducks the dims are counting on in Nov. will be gone if a sizable number of pubs (+ independents) have been casting chaos votes.

Why was it a mistake? You cannot believe that just because Rep re registered as Dems for the primary they will also vote for a Dem in the general...do you?

I’m curious as to the reasoning behind your statements. How exactly has it been a mistake? How do you see it “biting us”?

IMO it represents the single boldest move in politics that I have seen in years and likely the ONLY thing that will make the difference between a McCain “win” and a win for the Dhimmis.

If we had a decent candidate it would be different and I might also be chiding Limbaugh for interfering, but we don’t. What we have is McCain, likely the lamest presidential candidate the Republican party has propped up in the last fifty years. On his own he wouldn’t prevail against a picture of obammy or clinton, much less the real thing.

What Operation Chaos does is to encourage the two Dhimmis to beat each other up, thus ensuring that whichever is the survivor will be winded enough for McLame to stand a chance against.

Are there risks? I suppose so, but how would not doing it enhance McCain’s chances?

***This ‘Operation Chaos’ will turn around and bite us. This has been the biggest mistake the Limbaugh/Republican party has made in a long time.***

He’s only doing just what the democrats did to the Pubbies. It’s just “correcting” the misbalance of dems stealing republican votes.
