The Hate Hurts America Community and Interfaith Coalition (HHA), a group of religious and civic organizations seeking to challenge hate speech on talk radio, today announced that it has launched a re-designed website.
HHA was formed as a result of talk show host Michael Savage's rhetorical attacks on religious and ethnic minorities. Coalition members are calling on advertisers nationwide to stop airing commercials on Savage's nationally-syndicated program.
The redesigned website features articles and videos highlighting Savage's bigotry, a list of advertisers that have dropped or refuse to air ads on his program and practical steps listeners can take to challenge on-air hate speech.

"We hope our new look and added information assist Americans of all faiths who wish to keep bigotry and intolerance from taking over the public airwaves," said HHA Coordinator Nedda Salimian.
Late last year, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) called on radio listeners of all faiths to contact Savage's advertisers to express their concerns about the host's anti-Muslim bigotry. CAIR is a member of the Hate Hurts America Community and Interfaith Coalition.

Savage has a long history of rhetorical attacks on a variety of minority groups. He says he has lost at least $1 million in revenue because of the advertiser campaign.

Rusty Humphries and Laura Ingraham have voiced support for Savage’s CAIR lawsuit.
Dismal failure approaching.
Red Doper Diaper Babies Alert Ping! ;-)
“Hate speech” here equals the ugly truth!
Like my late father used to say, if you can’t stand the heat...
Not necessarily. He endeavors to hold their feet to the fire. There are a bunch of RINO’s in both the Senate and House. They are not conservative by anyone’s definition.
Actually, Levin, despite his antipathy to Savage, has expressed support for him and hope he prevails, even offering the use of a possible cause of action against CAIR for tortious interference with contract.
Good. I don’t get Levin live and stream Doc Savage while he is on, so I hadn’t heard that.
RIP Free Speech!
Some so-called conservatives deserve it
Come on people put your money where your mouth is....I have already donated to the Savage Legal fund...

Another LIBERAL attack on conservative talk radio!
My wife and I contacted each and every advertiser listed above months ago, and ONLY TrustedID confirmed they had pulled ads. Interestingly, their CEO is a Syrian immigrant. EVERY OTHER company listed above DENIED it had pulled ads. In the case of JCPenney, they had never advertised in the first place, as they never place ads on any political talk shows. Neither did WalMart or AutoZone. Citrix still runs ads on Savage, as does AT&T and OfficeMax.
The U.S. Attoerney's office needs to investigate where CAIR is getting its funding to attempt to destroy Michael Savage. Terrorism expert Steve Emerson has shown how CAIR gets millions every year directly from Saudi sources. How is that legal?
So HaHa joins moron.org, dailycuss, Huff’n Puff Post, dummyunderground.. so what else is new?
He has attacked Bush. Is Bush a conservative? A hell of a lot less of one than is Mr. Savage.
IOW islam is seeking useful idiots and cover.
They can’t simply compete in the market place of ideas so the silence the competition.
I did not recognize any of the individuals listed on HaHa's web site.
CAIR is on thin ice nowadays, and is headed for a big fall. Too many people know about them now. CAIR is going down.
Maybe they should join forces with Media Matters.

CAIR can kiss my lilly white Irish ass.
Is 2008 the Year of the Commie Olympics, The Democrat/Commie Convention, and now Commie Talk Radio?
