Those are pretty serious things to accuse someone of saying.

So would I, because I know most of the main non mormon posters here would not call Abraham a sexed crazed pervert, etc. But I've made that accusation against J. Smith and the mob in TX. The connection - the mormons here are trying to defend their prophet's "revelation" and behavior by trying to make it legitimate (moral and legal) in the now. Forget the lies and deceptions and that it only lasted semi-officially 1832-1890, a 58 year window before the committee of gods decided that the US government was stronger than they were and had a reverse revelation that polygamy wasn't for the here and now. So whats a poor follower to do? Follow Joseph Smith or this other. Clearly folk in fLDS choose to follow the former. The latter left Section 132 on the books and IF the court cases that have taken the restrictions off homosexuality bloom into the polygamy movement (which is the natural course), LDS members will be stumbling all over themselves again, and the ones in the closet will be able to come out.
Color will have to fill you in on the more verbose ones, they were awhile back, but the adultery one is abundant, by more than one poster.
