GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: You saw the school bus girl from February 15. A female Arizona bus driver and two female students go at it. But now someone is being charged.
Here is the video from inside the bus. The blowout starts when a student demands she is let off the bus. The bus driver refuses. They start arguing. The driver takes the girl's cell phone and calls security.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You are not allowed to touch me, lady. I am getting off the bus.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You are not getting off the bus.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Mom, the bus driver is touching me. Do not touch me again, lady. Stop touching me.
No one cares! Do you understanding? I do not care. I do not care. I want to get off the bus, and if you touch me again, I will sue you. Do you understand? Do you not know—
I am not touching you! You are touching me. Oh, my god. You punched me. You are crazy. You are crazy. You should not be allowed to drive this bus.

prosecutorial discretion....where is it?....all charges should be dropped with the agreement that no civil lawsuits be brought either way, and those people should be forced to sit down with joint counseling of some sort.....public apologies would be nice...

I did a search and only saw it posted once previously. By the way, what’s the rule on posting a story that may be an update of a previous one? I don’t think this one is, but I’m curious since people seem to jump on posters so fast when a story appears to have been posted twice, even if may be an updated story about the same subject.
I wonder if it is her first case of PMS...

Yep. Were she my daughter, after the spanking, I would drag her over to the bus driver’s house and make her apologize myself.
Then again, were she my daughter, she would not have behaved that way in the first place, having been taught that the world does not revolve around her.

Relax, it happens to all of us sometimes, especially when there are several stories from different outlets with different titles. Not everyone sits on FR 12 hours a day reading the title of every post that goes by. The Mods will delete it if they see it go by often enough.
I just find it a bit humorous that some people’s main posting contributions are telling people something’s already been posted before. lol
Good grief, that girl needs a dose of reality in a big way. Her lawyer seems more excited to be on the news than doing what is right for the kid though. If he really tried I bet he could make this case go away without it getting to court, but who would that benefit the most if that happened her or him? I think he is in it for the publicity IMHO.
At the end of the video, Greta was giving this attorney sound advice, from one defense attorney to another, and he was refusing to listen to her.
