That makes absolutely no sense. I can’t even imagine how one could rationally make the argument, which may be why you really made no attempt. I guess emotional voters vote for Obama, either by voting or not voting.

Well you keep right on praying!

Right now, we’re in a world of hurt!

DU Troll. Don’t feed it. The Demorats are imploding, and their only hope is to take advantage of the fact many of us are so-so on the Mac, mostly over the borders. Checked out Clinton’s or Obama’s views on the subject lately?

Anyone but those two!

"He paid his dues to this country far more than you or I. 5.5 years of being tortured as a POW means something to me."

How does being a POW make a man Presidential material? If anything it erodes his emotional stability. There have been tens of thousands of POW's in our history, and millions of veterans, but neither of these is a qualification for the Presidency, nor is either one a guarantee of a man's character. I submit to you John Kerry, Jack Murtha, Max Cleland, General Weasley Clark, war veterans and accomplished men all. But also liberal socialists, anti-American zeros. Furthermore, John McCain absolutely had preferrential treatment while in captivity, at Gai Lam Military Hospital, where few, if any, other POWs were allowed. Many Vietnam veterans say he exchanged information for this preferential treatment. How much actual combat time did McCain have, about one full day before he lost his plane? What does that say for the pilots who had 5,000 hours of combat time, they should all be Presidents or kings?

I may or may not vote for this petty, arrogant little man, but if I do it will have nothing to do with his military service, or his (lousy) stances and poor qualifications to be a Republican President. It will be but for one reason; cancer, (John McCain), kills slower than ebola, (Hussein Obama).

Hell will freeze over before I vote for John McCain. He makes me want to puke almost as much as that faggot Lindsey Graham.

i do not believe that voting for mccain is a sellout to conservatism however, i would rather sell out a political movement rather than selling out my country by allowing hussein into office.

Ronald Reagan taught us we don't need another Ronald Reagan, we don't need someone coming in saying "I'm from the government and I'm here to help.." he taught us to be Conservative, to look to ourselves. We don't need another Reagan, we need to stop looking to DC for the solutions- yes, that also includes so called Conservatives who expect Conservative solutions(sic) to come from DC...
...more rant here...

"I have too much respect for the US Military to sit back and let the liberals win."

Me too, which is why we're screwed even if the liberal John McInsane wins.

Would you participate in a murder? Not I. All 3 candidates will cause us to go ver the ‘cliff’. Do you want to run or walk?

None are suitable to a conservative. Period. The ONLY WAY McCain gets my vote is with a Hard Core Conservative VP nominee. Other than that? I vote down ticket. Have a nice day.

I did not say that. I said he paid his dues more to this country than the poster or myself.

I think you are too ignorant to be a true conservative. I am a conservative head of the Reagan girls from 1965 when he ran for governor of California and I will guarantee you that he would not agree with you at all. You are a danger to our country. What happened to “If you agree with me 70% of the time - vote for me”?

“Exactly. Three more Justice Gingsburgs on the SCOTUS would be a never ending nightmare.”

I recall you guys railing against other conservative candidates on a daily basis. If we get those 3 more Ginsburgs (from either candidate), you will have had a hand in it.

"We got Ronald Reagan because of jimmy carter."

No, if one looks at the reality that affects real people's lives and not just at political victories - because of Jimmy Carter we got:

Iran as a radical Islamist threat to all our lives

Decimated demoralized armed forces

Decimated worthless CIA

Economic disaster

Lost the Panama Canal

Corruption

Gas lines

That's a short list, sane people do not say oh it'll be great to kill people and weaken our nation and risk nuclear war because last time we then elected someone better. I live in this world not in the fantasy one.

Two words: Ross Perot.

I got all high and mighty in 1992, and it got me 8 years of the smarmy, snotty tennage president, Democrat appointed judges, Janet Reno, Vince Foster, that poor kid from Cuba, and terrorists "tried in the world court of public opinion" and by proxy, 9-11.

There is only one choice that does not lead to Ameristan, Islam Law, and more attacks on US soil. Suck it up, stay home if you have to, but stop jumping up and down and helping elect the real Democrats, and by proxy, the next two Liberal Supreme Court Justices. Pray McCain gets a moderate VP, and be grateful he's at least a military man who knows which way the wind blows.
