“Why was there never a McCain truth file at the time when it might have done some good?”

Because McCain was doing so poorly, no one thought he was a threat. He simply rose to the top like spoiled milk.

FR Polls.....many didn’t even list McCain because he had so little support, often he scored below “other”......members only scores...
