Grow up. The world isn't perfect, and neither are the viable choices we're faced with.
Oh, and - learn to be concise. Your diarrhea of the keyboard will never convince anyone of anything.
The political process this year has energized many and it is about time. The sad thing is that the “good ole boys” in the “good ole party” do not know how to follow the rules
With the information I have gathered since the Nueces County Republican Convention, I believe I am beginning to understand. While in County and Senatorial District Republican Conventions across the state people were welcomed to join in a fair and open process, that was not the case in Nueces County.
I believe that the Chair in Nueces County made the assumption (without verification) that new people becoming active equaled a takeover...
And then, the Chair apparently decided that the appropriate response was to willfully break the law by intentionally obstructing access to open records, thereby blocking timely challenge at a county convention level to ineligible delegates that had been added in violation of party rules; then railroading the county convention, and denying the rights of delegates who had the duty to correct falsified records.
If you would like to hear a sound clip of part of the convention you may go to this link

I think it is a big deal when citizens rights are trampled. I believe that more people should be involved in the political process, but that is hard when the established
parties do not want to allow others to be heard or to follow their own rules.
The end DOES NOT justify the means!!!
Wow. It is hard to imagine that an influx of active Republicans into a shrinking party that is losing power is a “takeover”. And I am further shocked that this kind of thing could occur in my home state. There are laws at stake here. And a county chairman, as powerful as he is, does not have authority to ignore the established rules.
To somehow think that anyone “owns” the Republican Party merely indicates how corrupt it has become. As a lifelong Republican in Texas I am ashamed.
And I am surprised that there has not been a lawsuit yet.

Welcome to FR along with your new-found Party.
You might want to look up the rules before you start crying foul. You Paulbots have been so brazen in your attacks that you have tipped your hand, that you are part of a criminal conspiracy by an outside group attempting to disrupt another Political Party in a covert and organized way.
Had you got involved in the political process as individuals sincere in wanting to be part of the Republican Party process, you would have been welcome as all libertarian-leaning Republicans have in all past years.
You brought the problems on yourselves and have the gaul to cry foul. How liberal of you.
I fail to see how your faction within the party has anymore adherence to the Republican platform than Ron Paul supporters.
As an old Republican-and I know I have been longer than you-I see through your deception. I know a RINO when I see one. It is this very deception that has cunningly squirmed and slithered into the party destroying the Goldwater spirit.
At least Ron Paul is more of a Goldwater than McCain will ever be.
Arrowhead>>>----McCain---->
You don’t have a clue about what you talk about - as usual for a Paulbot.
Would be interesting to see your definition of a “Neocon.” Sure sounds like the crap spewed by liberals.
I don’t belong to any “faction” of the Republican Party or otherwise.
The “accusations” as you claim I am making are documented on FR, if you care to look. They are sourced quotes from Paulbots on RP forums, some even noting their names and locations.
If the Justice Dept. cared about such, they would have a pretty easy job of prosecuting Paulbots and their handlers on RICO statutes as well as civil rights statues.
But the Paulbots schemes only succeed with the element of surprise, which has now been pierced. Their efforts will fail as they always have. So go back to your basement and keep typing out your manifesto. ;)
Take it from those who popularized the term “Neoconservative” in order to self-describe — unless you consider them also to be crap-spewing liberals.

I don’t see much issue with what NAC people argue. Obviously you do.
Just as long as your “Neocon” term isn’t a code word for “Jews” or pro-Israel,” as the radicals of both extremes of the Paulbots use to further their anti-Semite agendas.
Regardless of your definition, I don’t fit either of those descriptions. If you have a problem with pro-defense groups, you have the problem not I, and you might want to review the Constitution a little more closely, especially the parts about provide for the common defense and resisting tyranny.
I find it ODD that the general tone of this website that demands “conservative principles and the elimination of government corruption and abuse” is so against Ron Paul, a person that, more often alone than not, has fought against all these things for many years and did so against the grain of those people in our party that are now loved and respected just because they have a good PR manager.
What I find MORE appalling is the ignorance of who the “Paulites” are.
Most “paulites”, my friends, are long-time Republicans that have observed the slow seduction and sabotage of our party and its conservative principles and have woken up and want to make a difference.
They have witnessed its original stances, such as protecting the rights of the individual and conserving the sovereignty of the States and demanding the federal government to adhere to the restrictions of the Constitution, and seen these core principles dealt away under socialistic “across the aisle” compromises.
They have also witnessed some Republicans somehow getting confused with thinking that to be a Republican mean working towards a theocracy in which we can, as some think, force, by laws, the semblance of Christian behavior on the ungodly, with some silly idea that it will make them accept Jesus by grace eventually. (I have repented from this idea myself)
“Paulites” are often people that realize that the party has gone astray:
Executive Orders from our “conservative leaders” orders have bypassed the Constitution. We are now Big Brother. Every Email. Every phone call. Every place you surf on the internet. Every purchase you make..........all being recorded....right NOW....in the supposed cause of your safety. RIGHT NOW, within the provisions of the Patriot Act, this post is recorded.....to be viewed by anyone, anytime....legal or NON-LEGAL....eventually. Is this your idea of the right to privacy?
I have found that I can barely drive to work now, In Oklahoma City, without being recorded for most of the 14 miles. Just think, fifteen years from now, when lots of this “secret recording” stuff goes public (it always does and if you think it doesn’t you are stupider than I thought) someone can actually go on the web and watch me pick my nose on the freeway years back. Great.
Is this your idea of conservative government? Is this your idea of privacy and freedom? It THIS what your Founding Fathers envisioned?
Ron Paul is SERIOUS and he understands what the heck we stand up against.
He, amongst all the sheeple politicians out there, have an understanding of what the powers that be are doing to our economy, our sovereignty and our values.
While others are falling for those that preach “reaching across the aisle”, Paul has encouraged, envisioned and awakened us that, in the past, have just trusted others and voted party line and done nothing other than that for years.
Well, it different now. The real Elephant has awoken from is trance and the the true core conservatives are speaking.
You can embrace the new awakening or you can continue to protect your little apple cart or status quo and same-o same-o.
The choice is yours.
It’s time for a REAL contract for America.
And to those of you that think Paul is Libertarian, you need to do your homework. Your Mainstream Media education is failing you. Get with it.
So remember. “Paulites” are not invaders. They are people of your own blood, but they see through the rhetoric and smoke screen of what is played out before you in the news. We have awoken and are becoming active in our party.
I can’t believe that people in the party scream “no participation! No participation!” and then when you get an influx of activity, it’s “oh wait, we didn’t mean anyone that wanted to make an impact”!
What did you expect? DRONES? Hello! This is America, not a beehive.
Go ahead. Study us, run us through the gantlet and see if we are not more conservative and Republican that you.
Yes, test our views against Libertarianism, which believes even the states or communities should have no checks and balances and see how we stand on that.
Do your homework and THEN come back and complain that you party is being “hijacked”

Welcome to FR. The black helicopters will be offloading the Viking Kitties any minute now to dispatch you back to Libertarian-land. ;)
You might want to try out that nifty search function to find the threads documenting the Paulbots conspiracy to hijack Republican conventions.
I have no doubt that many of you are well-intentioned Ron Paul advocates. But you are only the useful tools of the constitution-shredding Leftists, that you somehow think infest the Republican Party.
Take a look at the Democrat Party’s convention process, if you want to see how the little guy is kept out of influencing the political process.
BTW, where is RP? He sure hasn’t been in his district or in Congress lately. Could it be that he is out hustling up $$ from his deluded paulbots or just paying George Soros a visit to pick up the real $$? ;)
