We want to help our fellow activists in PA and send them a signal we are working on this too, and synergize our efforts down here in NC with PA Activists in this next set of Primaries and keep passing this torch from state to state.
If savvy Activists had not stepped up in TX & OH, we wouldn’t be seeing this awesome situation!
Activists in North Carolina - time is short!
April 11 is your deadline to re-register. Don’t re-register as a Democrat - you don’t need to. Instead RE-register as an “Unaffiliated” (what NC refers to for “Independent”). Then you can vote for whoever you want in the Primary & General! Plus, you don’t have to register as a Rat!
You can turn right back around and register back as a Republican after the Primary. You have the right to register and vote however you damn well please and don’t let anyone try to tell you anything different. After filling-out the card normally, also write on your card you are re-registering from Republican to Independent – this makes it plain to the person in the Board of Elections Office. Just scrawl it on there in any unused space you can find.
Important! A few days after sending in your registration card, be sure to call your county Board of Elections to insure and verify you have been properly Re-Registered! Google up your county and “board of elections” to get the phone number if you need to. They can look up to see how you are registered on the state-wide voter registration system. They are very nice and easy to talk to and act very helpful, and no doubt some are - but do not let that fool you. I called my county office and guess what? They “hadn’t gotten around to it yet”. I informed them I will be calling daily until I am properly registered to my satisfaction for this election cycle.
Why double-check and verify how you are registered? There are Democrat Operatives in various county election boards who will try to “loose” or “misplace” your Re-Registration cards if you are a Republican trying to re-register in this election because at this point the Rat Operatives all think that any Republicans attempting to re-register are trying to “Rush The Vote” (Operation Chaos). The more “Rat” the county is that you live in, the higher the chance is that a Rat Operative will try to stop you from Re-Registering in this election. Rats will do anything to try to stop you from exercising your right to vote in any way you choose. If it was up to them, Republicans wouldn’t be allowed to live in the US, let alone vote here. You have every right to vote however you want and vote strategically if you want. If Rat Operative voter registration tampering surfaces enough, an investigation can be opened.
Hillary is far more beatable than Obama. Obama has the Independent vote locked up - and like all elections lately, it’s the Independent vote that will decide the election - like it or not. Keeping Hillary in all the way to Denver will inject so much self-inflicted poison into the Rats nest that many Obamabots will vote McCain (20% according to one poll) just to defeat Hillary or they won’t vote.
The Rats are feeding on each other - embrace the Chaos, do not fear it.

With Obama - attack ads can be run against him on the “Wright” flap. But if it ends up McCain against Obama, the very first attack ad against Obama will be declared “RACIST” from the rooftops and that will set the stage for the rest of the election that the “Racist Republicans” are attacking the black guy. Whoops, there goes the independent votes and we lose.
On the other hand, should Hillary win the nomination, and I doubt she will, then we run attack ads showing her claiming to be under fire in Bosnia, juxtaposed with heroic swelling ads of McCain, a TRUE combat veteran getting shot down in combat and spending five years in the Hanoi Hilton and further he did not leave early when given a chance unless all his men were released. That is a disgrace and dishonor for a US Senator to claim combat service when he or she never had any. Possibly criminal under UCMJ or other laws for her to have claimed that? It’s a nice thought anyway.
Fer Christs sake, get a clue! The whole idea is to maximize damage to the Democrats between now and then. Well, that’s your analysis to date and I respect that. It’s your choice. I happen to disagree with your analysis at the moment but agree with you on Indy is best for us strategic voters and commend you for at least being Activist enough to strategically position yourself Indy for now as I have. Keep a close eye on how things shape up come Primary day and be prepared to pull for whoever provides us the best advantage and mutual goal of putting McCain in the best possible position come November. I think McCain can beat either Hillary or Obama at this point and there is way too much fear of Hillary in the Republican ranks at the moment. Give the Clinton Bosnia Lies a few news cycles to kick in and cause the shame and utter disgrace of a US Senator and you will see how utterly weak Hillary is. I would not be surprised if she had to resign as a Senator over these lies. I don’t think the full impact has hit yet. We have troops under fire and she pulls these lies not once but repeatedly? And then lies about it again? Obama still has the Independents and they as always will decide the election. Keep your powder dry.

This is pretty obvious...it isn't a chess game...it isn't even checkers. You just have to look at the big picture. I'm even going to put 'Hillary' signs in my yard (just because my annoying neighbors propped an Obamanation sign in theirs and I know they--from our past signage--will be waiting for a McCain sign, but I am going mess with them with my Hillary sign.)

I live in OheilO, and can tell all here that the state is, like Michigan, in a state of recession/near-depression. That’s one reason the Dems captured most of the state offices last November (Arrogant Grinning Idiot Bob ‘Tax’Taft being the other reason)The Clintons are revered as Gods here, especially by women and the unions (even though Bill shoved NAFTA through with a lame duck DEM congress). The Lovers of Bill want a third term thinking they’ll go back to the good old days of working overtime. Obama would only carry the universities (most of whom won’t vote anyway) and the black vote. Everything you said is 100% true. Barring a miracle, the Clintons would easily carry OheilO. But we’re spat upon as “too stupid to understand sheer genius” when we try to speak.

I think that’s what really makes me sick to my stomach over the chaos crap....Texas was the state where ‘conservatives’ listened to talk show hosts (all of whom are millionaires and couldn’t care less who is president-the rest of us would have to suffer)and crossed over to give the Clintons a slight victory, keeping them alive. To me, that literally meant that the burning alive of children was both forgiven and forgotten by the people of the state.
I’m actually thinking he may choose Leiberman.
