Please cite a single real event where a Glock discharged a round without the trigger being depressed.

That’s just it. The Glock trigger can be depressed and the gun fired without having a finger on the trigger. They have discharged when being forced into a tight (new) holster and they can also discharge in purses or handbags where a lipstick case or a pen can work its way into the trigger guard and press on the trigger. I’ve seen several reports of such NDs with Glocks. I refuse to have one. Better to have no safety at all than a stupid safety.

Where did I note thr trigger wss not depressed? Besides, I don’t have at hand the articles where on duty police had a Glock fire without being in hand. They get remarkable trigger depressions, even when in a holster or being shoved into a holster.

I’m not sure if they have been publicly documented, but I have heard word from industry insiders that “frame torque” has been known to cause discharge. Can’t verify it myself, so you are justified remaining skeptical.
