Arrogance comes with the territory. Kerry, Kennedy, Clintons, Reid, etc. All the liberal elite are just making the best decisions for stupid Americans so they can live the way they were meant to live. Because Americans are just too stupid to make their own decisions, of course.

"....adding that Americans will get only one chance to elect him." I pray that's true........in reality that is one too many.

Barack is one of the smartest people you will ever encounter who will deign to enter this messy thing called politics, his wife said a few weeks ago... She actually used the word 'deign'. Who the heck walks around saying 'deign'... I mean other than the Queen of England.

I use it quite often. It’s a great pejorative for exactly describing the behaviour of most Socialists.

Re: The Photo
Now that we know a bit more about Obama, that photo makes a lot more sense. In fact, I’m surprised that he even deigned to stand and not remain seated.

deign
1. to think fit or in accordance with one’s dignity; condescend: He would not deign to discuss the matter with us.
verb (used with object)
2. to condescend to give or grant: He deigned no reply.
3. Obsolete. to condescend to accept.

Thanks Mrs. Obama, we do know what how demeaning it must be for Obama Hussein to 'deign' to offer to be our President, but we do not need such a condescending racist hypocritical dishonest pair of grifters in the WH...... we already tried the Clintonistas!

The arrogance of Barack and Michelle Obama is striking, but nothing particularly new for those on the Left.
Think about it, most of them really have an air of superiority in everything they do and say.
I’ve especially noticed this from prominent Black lefties toward moderate or conservative Blacks. (i.e., Jesse Jackson or Rev. Al Sharpton on Condoleezza Rice and Clarence Thomas...)
Disgusting.
In Barack’s case, it may be what turns the press against him. I have a friend on BHO’s plane. The general feeling among those embedded with the Obama campaign is that he’s “walled off” and provides very little (and highly controlled) access.
