This business by Wright is like the game “dozens”. The “G_d d*mn America” statement is like someone saying “Your Momma has a butt as big as a Buick”, and you saying back “Your Momma’s butt is as big as a house!”. It is not really a true statement of what you think, but rather a statement on a scale of escalating one-upmanship.
They left genteel criticism of the government and rational argument behind in this game a looooooong time ago.
