I thought of that, but in fairness, we really don’t know where he was that Sunday.

This is unbelievable to me. Don’t get me wrong: the man’s a radical activist and I certainly don’t want him as president. But I had come to admire him for his efforts to rise above race and the Clinton’s destructive style of politics. He seems to have a good “ear” and he’s done so well so far in this campaign. How could he have had such a tin ear on Wright?! How could his advisors not have noticed this 800 lb gorilla in the room? It doesn’t add up.

There’s something creepy about it.

Well, Barry said on Fox tonight that he hadn’t heard that speech/sermon until today. So, we are expected to believe that in seven years his “spiritual mentor” never said, “Barrak, you missed my sermon on how whitey got what was due to him on 9/11.” In seven years none of the other members told him about it? The sermons are available on CD and DVD through the Church (they were the last time I visited the website). So, Barry never obtained a copy so that he could listen to his “spiritual mentor” preach about 11 September 2001? Barry has said over and over again that the reverend is his spiritual mentor and close friend.

If you were friends with you pastor for 20 years, don’t you think that you would have some clue as to what he has said in the pulpit? Especially if he had said things that were controversial and racist?

Don't kid yourself, he has done some things that would make the Clintons proud. He has just been able to keep his shenanigans out of the national media.
