Precisely. However, "fascist" is bandied about too frequently and has lost some of its meaning. "Leftist authoritarian" sums it up pretty well for me. Fits 'em right on the same spectrum with the Commies, too, although I don't agree that liberals are communists. All Commies are leftist authoritarians, but not all leftist authoritarians are Commies. Socialists, maybe, but not Commies.
