How could they tell ? Did the voters wear little flags in their lapels ?

Which is why I do not see the Democrats holding new primaries in Florida or Michigan. If they did every Republican in the state would cross over and vote, and the results would be meaningless to the party.

As an election official we can’t say anything. We just jot them down and let them vote.

That is horrible. What kind of election official just sits by and lets voters vote when they disagree with them? Obviously she was not trained well.

but some locals are convinced it was a false win bolstered by dirty politics.

It must be be fun to get to define the words. It is "dirty politics" when republicans vote in the democrat primary, but democracy in action when democrats vote in the republican primary. Democrats can dish it out, but they sure can't take it.

Rush Limbaugh, in one stupid vain egotistical act, is undoing a lot of the good he's done over the years. I am FURIOUS about his abetting Hillary's campaign.

We will look back on Rush's stunt when Hillary is being sworn in.

She is FAR BETTER positioned to beat McCain.

Her people haven't even begun to take out the knives they have reserved for the Republicans.

She is far better positioned to “move to the middle” and cut off McCain's appeal to the middle.

Barakomania was going to implode of its own weightlessness, and he was a weaker candidate for the final election.

All Rush had to do was keep his big fat mouth shut — but he wanted to get back at the dems for crossing over to elect McCain.

But we were already crossing over, although is far less coordinated fashion, to help give Barak a boost. Rush tipped that heavily toward Hillary, and now the vampire is out of the casket.

Rush has made himself an 800-lb gorilla in the room — and I think he — and we — will all regret it.

I have a lot of doubt the Republican voters made the difference for Hillary. Of the cross over voters I know, most of them voted for Obama to try and kill off the beast ASAP.

Kreissl, an Obama supporter, said she kept rough counts, but her fellow poll worker, a Clinton supporter, both estimated that as many as two-thirds of the voters were Limbaugh Republicans turned Clinton voters. About 800 ballots were cast in total there. “I’m an accounting professor, I know numbers pretty well,” she said.

Ms. Kreissl, IMO, cannot be a proficient accounting professor. And I think I can speak to that as a CPA myself.

One of the greatest gifts God gave me was the opportunity to attend Gonzaga University. I had the same accounting professor, Dr. Dan Brajcich, for my last 3 years at GU. "Black Dan", as we lovingly called him, NEVER USED NUMBERS. No matter the course, be it Tax, Advanced Accounting, Audit, Governmental, Cost, etc., he taught the underlying theory to the course.

His exams were brutal: 5 questions, all essay, and the first sentence to most of the questions was "based on the information you've given, I can't answer it." From that point, a two- or three-pronged analysis of the topic was necessary. I remember one test (30+ years later), where I wrote 10 pages in the course of 55 minutes.

I do remember the one time he used numbers in my three years under his tutelege. A couple of students (not me!) kept pestering him, saying they needed to see the numbers in order to understand. Exasperated, Dan said "I'll do this one time, and that's it!"

"Here's the situation: you have two pigs, and one of them dies. How do you account for it?" Dr. Brajcich proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes going through the theory underlying that situation.

Ms. Kreissl may know numbers, but she could never hold a candle to the great Dr. Brajcich.

My fellow students and I absolutely loved that man.

Wait a minute?? I thought Limbaugh had lost his touch and his control of the GOP when he couldn’t get his candidate elected.

The fact is that Obama won Texas. He picked up five more delegates than Hillary. It is hard to find that in the MSM.

Rush Limbaugh is also convinced. “Don’t Doubt the Limbaugh Effect,” he boasts on his web site.

IMO...this is what Limbaugh wanted all along: to claim he is responsible for Hillary winning! He gets to pat himself on the back, he gets more ratings, free publicity, and more sheep (listeners) to be lead around by the nose!

If the Republicans voted for Obama with the same huge margin they did before he would have won Texas in the popular vote, although despite his popular vote loss there he is going to win 9-10 delegates more than Hillary Clinton in Texas.

I voted in the Texas democrat primary to re-pay the cross over democRAT voters in NH, who voted for McNasty. I have been a republican since 1972. Go Hillary Go. Let them eat cake! I did not know Rush wanted a party switch in TX? I am a FM listener. This is going to be a fun primary, and a hoot of a convention in Denver. Shades of Chicago.

Clinton unquestionably secured a Texas victory, but some locals are convinced it was a false win bolstered by dirty politics. Laura Jean Kreissl, an accounting professor at West Texas A&M University, served as an election official in Canyon, Texas on Tuesday. She contacted the Wall Street Journal to report the hijinks she observed at the four precincts that voted at her polling location.

Hmm, wonder if Ms. Kreissl thought the crossing over of Democrats to vote in the Republican race in Michigan's primary was hijinks, too.

Years ago I was talking to a Marine recruiter about the troubles they were having in getting qualified recruits. One of the things he mentioned was that young men and women who had been on Ritalin and other drugs were ineligible.

When I asked why, he said "..... do you really want some kid on mind altering drugs driving a tank?"

With Rush's endorsement of and referring to romney as a conservative and his asking his Texas listeners to vote for hillary, I'm starting to wonder if I want Rush driving a tank.

Another thing that bothers me is that many of us conservatives hate the Clintons and the last thing we want 8 more years of them especially with Hillary at the helm.

It just seemed to me that Rush and Levin were a little too enthusiastic and gleeful in telling us to vote for Hillary Clinton. It seems to me that Rush and Mark Levin don’t hate Hillary Clinton and are not disgusted at the prospect of 8 years of her as president and on TV every day. So why don’t they hate her? Something seems fishy here.

I emailed Rush and let him have it: elrushbo@eibnet.com

I don’t know if Limbaugh had a real effect or not, but I hope the Dems think he did.

The Texas results has caused the Dems to invest at least an extra $100 Million in their selection process as well as causing a two month long (minimum) knock down, drag out fight..

It’s a beautiful thing..

If Hillary becomes the next POTUS then I’d say Limbaugh’s credibility will be approaching infinity over zero. This could backfire big time.

CRY (If your Dem votes)
By Johnnie Ray-of-Sunshine
Tune: "Cry" (If your sweetheart)

If your Dem votes seem a little bit too high
It's just Limbaugh, you'll feel better if you cry
We're coming to your party
Don't you sometimes think it's real
But it's only your elections that we steal

If Rush Limbaugh seems to hang around and gloat
And your dim hopes keep getting dimmer with each vote
November storm clouds can be found
Behind the sunny skies
So get your hopes down and go on and cry

If Rush Limbaugh seems to hang around and gloat
And your dim hopes keep getting dimmer with each vote
Well now, November storm clouds can be found
Behind a sunny sky
So get your hopes down and go right on baby and cry!
