Pimp Yourself: Vote for Hillary!: Texas and Ohio
Rush Limbaugh ^ | Feb 26, 2008 | Limbaugh

Posted on 02/26/2008 5:31:52 PM PST by rface

RUSH: "In Democrat Primary, Expect a GOP Turnout; Perhaps Fueled by Clinton Dislike, Many Republicans to Vote for Obama." I understand I've got a big challenge here to try to get Republicans to change their minds on this and vote for Hillary to keep her in the race.....

"According to polling, as well as anecdotal evidence, an unusually large number of Republicans and independents may cast their votes in the Democratic contest next week, a prospect that could tip the outcome of what polls show is now a tight race.

I know I'm fighting an uphill battle here, folks, on trying to convince you Republicans in Ohio and Texas to cross over, pimp yourselves for a day, vote for Hillary to keep this campaign going, this Uncivil War, Democrat Party. I know what's going to happen. Even if I convince you to do it -- remember what this is, this is about us winning. You have to understand, it's not about Hillary winning; it's about us winning. It's about our party winning. It's about those people losing. They've got some problems in the Democrat Party. It's not all sweetness and light over there, and we need them to continue warring with each other. We love these stories of black people claiming they've been threatened with violence or their lives because they're not supporting Obama. We want all this kind of stuff out there. We want the Clinton campaign to keep pumping out these pictures of Obama dressed up as Bin Laden. We want this kind of stuff. If Hillary loses this thing, all of that's going to come to a screeching halt. We want all the disruption in that party as possible. It's about us winning.

I know what's going to happen. Even if I persuade you to go in there, to pimp yourself for a day in Ohio and Texas next Tuesday, you're going to go in the ballot, you're going to go in the booth, and you're going to start punching the hole there for Hillary. It's sort of like Peter Sellers and Dr. Strangelove, he wanted to salute Hitler, you kept having to grab his arm to keep -- your arm is just going to be naturally tending to go away from Hillary, it's going to be a fight, because you just can't bring yourself. Never in your life would you ever have believed, A, that I would be recommending you do it, and B, that you would. I know it's going to be very difficult. I am stunned. This Clinton campaign is inept. Well, actually I'm not stunned. Actually I'm vindicated, because ever since the nineties, we've been hearing about how Hillary Clinton is the smartest woman in the world. She's inept! Everything that she has touched at the Clinton administration bombed; everything, in a policy sense or a strategic sense. This campaign of hers has been an absolute disaster. First, the attitudinal arrogance to think that it was a coronation and that she was inevitable, and then when it turned out not to be that, not knowing what to do, not having the right people in the right place.

[ snip ]

She has got to be so mad, here the country ostensibly loved her husband, even though he never got more than 50% of the vote, apparently the country loved old Bill, and the Democrat Party is rejecting her out of hand. It's not just upsetting to Cokie Roberts and Dee Dee Myers. It's gotta be upsetting to Hillary that she is being rejected and that lug husband of hers was so loved and adored by the Democrat Party, and she isn't? You gotta understand these are not happy days. (interruption) I'm sure she does have a Rush Limbaugh doll in that room she's throwing darts at, a little voodoo room, but I'm telling you, I'm on her side here. We are trying to save this. Bill Clinton and I on the same side here in trying to continue to promote the chaos in the Democrat Party.

“Did you hear the official ‘Obama Criticizer Bo Snerdley’ today? “

That was absolutely a hoot! I wondered if anyone would post it.

Thanks

I live in Ohio. See my temporary tagline. I cannot friggin’ BELIEVE after those EIGHT....LONG.....YEARS....of those swine in the White House that Freepers, of all people, would even THINK of keeping these scum alive politically. I don’t want ANY possible chance of the two of them winning. Everybody thinks The Candyman will be such an unstoppable force-yeah, maybe in the primaries. The general is another story. Blacks won’t get him in office-they vote straight democRAT every election anyway. Plus, they only make up about 14 % of the population. WOMEN, on the other hand-are what-51%? I’m telling you right now, the ‘vagina vote’ would be a FAR more dangerous risk than Obama, especially when your Olympia Snowe/Christine Todd Whitman type Republican women would secretly pull the lever for her in the booth, ‘because it’s time’. Add in Mexicans, illegal aliens, metrosexual males, homosexual males, lesbians, voter fraud, and remember the Arkansas mafia, no thanks-I, for one, do NOT want to even have them get a slight chance. I’ll worry about The Candyman later. Also remember McGovern-the youth may be all for him, but-will they bother to show up in November. or will they be off getting drunk or high somewhere? Screw Rush. I’m still pissed he didn’t get behind Thompson or Hunter.

Forgot one-the media. Because if Obama were to lose the nomination, they’d turn right around and rally behind Hill and Bill so fast it would make your head spin.

Don’t you know that the dems already know they are going to win? It’s like, if we don’t vote Shrillary in, we are an anti-feminist nation. If we don’t vote Obama in, we are an evil racist nation.

I’ve been saying that all along. Keep the fight going all the way to the Dem Convention in Denver and let’s see a blood bath on the convention floor.

Don’t listen to the toe-sucking, Democrat Dick Morris. He knows Obama is the stronger candidate and he wants him to win. That’s why he’s telling Texas & Ohio Pubbies to vote for Obama. I say do just the opposite. Keep stirring the pot and keep the fight going in the Democratic Party; pimp yourself out and vote for Hillary.

I got news for you....a lot of women are swooning over obama....he scares me more than hilary...her negatives are higher than anyone else’s, so I think she’d be easier to beat. Look into all of obama’s connections to arab and iraqi terrorists etc.
Obviously mccain would not stand up to him (if they are the candidates) as we can see from the event where he apologized because the radio talk show host used obama’s middle name. Anything negative that anyone says about this guy would be deemed racist.

From Bill Crocker, RNC Committeeman from texas:

In the last few days, in several places around the state, I have heard of and from people who say they are Republicans who intend to vote in the Democrat primary. All say they want to vote for the weaker of the two Democrat candidates for President. All say they will vote for the Republican nominee in November. All say they will be serving the best interests of the Republican Party.

What they never mention is that they will be endorsing the Democrat Party Platform with their vote. I invite them to read the Democrat platform, compare it with ours, and then see if they are comfortable adopting it. They need to be, because they will wear the Democrat label for the next two years.

That brings up the next consideration. Texans declare their party affiliation by voting in the primary of a party. People who vote in the primary of the Democrat Party are Democrats for purposes of participating in party activities until they can change parties when they vote in the next primary. They cannot vote in the Republican runoff. They cannot participate in the Republican precinct convention or be a delegate to the Republican county, senatorial district or state conventions. They will be Democrats for two years.

Most importantly, we have some intense contests in the Republican primary. How sad if a Republican vote cast in the Democrat primary causes our best Republican candidate to lose in our primary.

The difference Republican votes might make in the Democrat primary is not worth sacrificing a Republican identity. It is not worth sacrificing the opportunity to participate in the processes of the Republican Party for two years. And it certainly is not worth risking the election of the best candidates in the Republican primary.

The Democrats really don’t need a great deal of help selecting a candidate Republicans can beat in November.

Republican National Committeeman for Texas

To: rface; All

Remember something VERY important.

Ohio and Texas are PROPORTIONAL, which means delegates are given based on viting percentages in each district.

AND, Texas gives out a third(??) in a CAUCUS.

All we have to do is keep her CLOSE in the Delegate count, and prevent Obama from sealing it up.

The resulting convention fight in Denver will be a REAL RIOT, water-cannons and all!!!

I believe all that will backfire by november. Also won’t garner him many votes once those pictures circulate with him standing with his hands folded over his crotch instead of his heart while the national anthem is played. Everybody’s going by now-the election isn’t for months.

Hillary may have baggage. Obama has steamer trunks.

All it would take to take him out of the race is one, perhaps two, well placed ad campaigns in late September. It won’t make a bit of difference how much lipstick Oprah, her Hollywierd friends and the MSM try to slather on him. The powers that be in the Democratic party understand this and THAT is why they would go with Hillary in a hung convention. You have a united Democratic party coming out of the convention you will have a radical Democrat as a President along with a Democrat controlled House and Senate and a supreme court filled with Ruth Bader Ginzburgs who will push the radical lefts agenda through the use of the supreme court to overturn any laws created by the will of the people. Ask yourself if that will be good for the country and ask yourself if that will be good for you and your family. Ask yourself if you really want that. That is the choice you face.

It is about time that alot of people start seeing the big picture here and act accordingly. If you can’t I don’t want to hear you whinging about it when you do end up with Hillary or Hussein and president with the Nancy and Harry show in the legislatve branch.

Boy, I sure hope you are right. I just don’t have much faith in the Republicans even mounting much of a campaign against him. I just see them practically handing him the White House. It seems like most of the sheeple are so in awe of him that they cannot or will not see the truth.

Rush is wrong on this time as well. I’m not going to vote for Osama, err strike that, Obama but I’m not going to vote for Hitlery either nor for McLiar either. I’ve decided to cast my vote for the Huckster instead. Maybe if McLiar either loses or only manages to sqeak out a very narrow win will help my view of the contenders in this years race. McLiar is the worst of the three two-faced liberals in this race.

Observations on a posters propensities to push a certain candidate seems appropriate to me.

Calling my comments idiotic only strengthens the validity of my take on the situation.

Thanks for the input.

You are making lies and accusations when saying that people who want Hillary Clinton destroyed means that they want Obama as a President. Unlike your idol Ann Coulter, I do not want Hillary Clinton as President and I do not want Obama as President.

Rush is RIGHT, as always.

Even though you might puke, pull the lever for HILLARY...because the polls are clear...she is the EASIEST TO BEAT and runs BEHIND McCain in the polls, rather than tied with him, as is Obama Hussein.

I know the thought of a Clinton loss is very attractive....we MUST not have either of these 2 socialists in the White House....

And HILLARY is clearly the weakest....Freepers, please hold your nose and vote for the Hildebeast....for the good of America!!

You know, when you make a statement like that, it is on the internet for ever.

Here is my statement that you were responding to:

Usually those that don't want people to vote for Hilliary in the primaries are really trying to get Obama to win the general election next November.

ObaMessiah has quite a powerful pull.

Notice the word "usually?"

Now who is "making lies and accusations?"

Here is another example from you, making false assumptions, and showing that you don't under stand Coulter:

So are you following your idol Ann Coulter who wants to campaign for Hillary Clinton?

Look at my first quote from you at the top of this post, and see where you mention the same inane uninformed claim.

I know that you hate Ann Coulter (as evidenced by your calling her degrading names on FR instead of having anyway of disputing her words), but you obvioulsy don't get her strategy.

I do not idolize anyone, but I do understand Ann Coulter as do many other intelligent people who realize that her "support" of Hilliary will be part of her downfall.

There are more people here at Free Republic that idolize you than idolize Coulter. Don't let it go to your head.
