Ping to the D.C. Chapter Master Ping List
We’ll have some Recruiter Support signs and flags, but feel free to bring your own.
Sorry I’m not going to be there. God Bless and thanks for your your service

Definitely more than four hours away geographically or I WOULD be there. I’ll definitely be there in spirit and cannot thank all of you who carry so much of the burden for us by Freeping all around the DC area on a regular basis.
Hey...2 of us will be there!
Out of the country, and did not see the latest news. Was an Armed Forces recruiting station physically attacked? The post would seem to indicate that.
If the Mayor is politically smart, he will make it a point to clear his calendar for the afternoon and be there to voice his full and unconditional support of the US military, as well as his promise to stop allowing rioters to run loose in the streets of DC.
Now, stop laughing, Trueblackman! Barack Hussein Obama says it's OK to dream big and have HOPE!
It's time for a CHANGE in how Washington, DC deals with the radical rioters.
Sorry I can’t be there.
I am thinking of “stopping by” my recruiting center and thanking them! (again)
Just returned from the Recruiting Office here.
They are watching the Berkeley story carefully.
Now they know to contact DC where you are and to check FR later today. (They were going to call as I was leaving.)
Hope all are safe and home from a great event soon!
The petition
We, the undersigned condemn the Berkeley City Councils treasonous attack on US Marine Recruiters stationed in their city. We ask that Congress cut off funds from any and all municipal entity within the confines of the city of Berkeley, California, until such time as the city council withdraws its action.
The City Council has voted to tell the Marines their downtown recruiting station is not welcome and if recruiters choose to stay, they do so as uninvited and unwelcome guests.
The measure passed last week by a vote of 8-1.
The council also voted to explore enforcing a city anti-discrimination law, focusing on the militarys dont ask, dont tell policy.
In a separate item, the council voted, also 8-1, to give the Marxist protest group Code Pink a parking space in front of the recruiting office once a week for six months and a free sound permit for protesting once a week.

God bless you for your service to our soldiers! I don’t think there’s anything more offensive than seeing our troops treated badly.
