After seeing that vicious attack against our embassy in Belgrade the other day, it is obvious that President Bush has made the best choice he could under difficult circumstances. The Serbian Repubic has failed to demonstrate that they can govern themselves responsibly, so no one has any confidence in their ability to govern Kosovo.
