only for the reason that the US could not turn this into a "someone shot our Archduke Ferdinand" scenario, dragging us into a new World War.

By invading our embassy, Serbia committed an act of war against us. They should consider themselves lucky we don't bomb them for attacking sovereign US territory.

I was against Clinton's intervention in the area, however, I have zero sympathy for rioters burning US flags. I put them in the same class as the Islamofascists. They both use the same fascistic tactic of violence and brute nationalism.

Right On!

But apparently, to some, there are bad terrorists and then there are good terrorists.

In my book they are all bad terrorists, no different than the thugs who bombed the US Embassies in Africa.

Sorry, I could burn an EU flag with out a wince, and I could do the same to virtually any country's flag, other MY OWN US flag. It's our own people that burn US flags who I have a problem with, andI am one of the few people I know who actually has a US flag on their house!

What you are selectively ignoring is that several hundred thousand peaceful Serbs protested and then went to church afterward to pray. About a hundred, in a separate group set fire to our flag and our embassy -- and yet they are the only ones anyone notices. One of them died to do it, how much blood to you want from them for protesting our insane Islamofascist-loving policies? And how much of our boys blood is it worth to defend the Crescent against the Cross in the Balkans?

Ya know, dude, brute nationalism may be the only thing standing between us and Greater Azatlan. I don't know about you but I don't want my children growing up in Mexico Norte.

An act of war is bombing a sovereign nation for almost 80 days. As an American, I don't support what they did. But I must say that I would consider the embassy, of any nation that bombed the US for almost 80 days and supported the confiscation of part of my homeland, a fair target.

We made war on the Serbs and we should consider ourselves fortunate that they were helpless targets or we may have had to pay a price for our "bombs for peace" rampage.
