I find it amazing how many on here live and die by THE POLLS despite the fact that they always end up being the exact opposite when it gets down to the actual poll, the election. I wonder how many on here will be blown away by the actual results on election day just like they were at the results of the ‘06 election?
Exactly right, I think an election with McCain as presidential nominee is going to be a disaster for Repubs...good Repubs will lose in state and congressional races. We are going to be embarrassed. I fear it could be like the Dems loss when Mondale ran. The media has lots of dirt on McCain...it’s going to be awful.
