There was a billboard with that statement next to the highway as you entered that county. I remember it well. The actually quote is: “Welcome to ____ County, home of the blackest land and the whitest people.”
The “transcript” of the supposed conversation between Ruby and Oswald is a joke. Imagine the idiocy of planning to get rid of Bobby Kennedy by shooting President Kennedy.
