And Rush and Hannity didn't spread any discord themselves?
What I find ironic is that their strategy blew up in their faces.
No it’s not. Wait til the primaries are over and see where the Dems stand. They won’t need to move so far to the left to appease their moonbat supporters. They will move more to the center.
Secondly, I will not vote to put another RINO in office. We will never have a conservative Republican party if we do so.
This is silly I will vote the way I want to vote not because of Rush or anyone..I will not vote for Mike Huckabee..I do not like anyone running in this race the only one I ever did like and trust to be my next president is Duncan Hunter..I listen to Rush when I can and I will listen to him again when I can..I do not let anyone tell me who are what to vote for..Rush is a good conservative man and he is very intelligent..As for anyone to get mad at it should be Ann Coulter..Telling good conservatives to vote for Hillary Clinton..People run your own lives donot depend on anyone to tell you who to vote for..I admire and respect Rush and until he gives me good reason not to I will continue to admire him..
What strategy was that?
Buddhism, anyone ?
And THIS pastor is also bearing false witness, because on numerous occasions, Rush especially said, and I quote, "NONE of the candidates out there is a conservative." He never, ever said Romney was a conservative. He said that McCain and Huck were liberals. To say anything else, is itself bearing false witness.
I suggest the pastor repent.
See my post #117. The later, Rev Emanuel Cleaver was probably the most corrupt mayor of Kansas City since the old Pendergast days!
Mark
Why do you think Rush should be a leader of anything ? Why do you default on your own responsibility to process information and think for yourself ?
You are looking for a leader to tell you what to do. I say that’s what’s wrong in this country - too many people are looking for a leader instead of thinking for themselves.
It wasn’t Rush’s responsibility to do your thinking for you and tell you for whom to vote. All he was doing is giving listeners the information from a conservative point of view.
He said very explicitly that he won’t endorse anyone because then people will try to make him “responsible” for every position that candidate takes. It seems like people such as yourself are now trying to make him “responsible” for certain candidates losing.
Stand on your own feet and think for yourself. Rush and others would expect you to do no less.
Wow. You’re right on target there. He even fought against the Conservatives in the SBC...on record.
Free ? I doubt it. I believe those are called commercials for which the EIB network makes “obscene profits”.
Pastor Bob calls them liars, but ignores the lies that Huckabee has told about his record and repeated even when confronted on them.
Pastor Bob appears to make the same mistake many other people of faith are making regarding Huckabee. Huckabee claims to be a man of faith, and says a number of things they want to hear, and then they take it on faith that he represents what they want him to represent. They don't look at his record, or they work extra hard to explain his record away.
Huckabee's approach to issues has been more liberal, big government intervention. Now that he's running for President he's doing a lot of pandering and trying to make himself look far more conservative than his record indicates.
He is not the strongly conservative, righteous, man that people want him to be. Quoting scripture, ignoring his record, and calling others liars doesn't change that.
It only makes the person doing so less righteous.
Huckabee is a modern medicine show salesman.
Pastor Bob would make a great Imam.
Huckabee is a big government Republican (i.e., an anti-federalist) and Rev. Bob is ticked off at Rush for saying so?
But, then of course, Rush isn't a member of Bob and Mike's "Baptist preachers club" either...
Pastor Bob doesn’t sound very CHRISTIAN.....he sounds like a NUT. Hey Bob, still with saving souls, OK?
The babble of a Theocrat. They want to rule like the “pick any religious group that rules a country” and ignore the Constitution.
Trying to stir up the pews is he not.
I suggest that the good pastor look to the failed big government policies of Huckabee and not to his religion. The leftward lurch of big government evangelicals continues.
Am I the only social, economic, national security conservative left and do the Huckabiites want to redefine conservativsm to include only social conservtives, or is it a finer distinction of only Protestant Christians?
If they wern’t in it for the money, they wouldn’t be in the business.
