As you can see, it still isn't going up. On the good side, low-flying satellites will last longer, because there's less drag: they don't have to expend as much propellant to maintain altitude.

I would suggest there are two good possibilities.
1) it is slightly easier to infer one from the other since there is a predictable relationship and flux density may be easier to measure
or
2) job or pay security: the more things their work can address the better it is for them
I never, ever dismiss vested interest. I'm a real cynic you see.... .^

global taxes? I see. I follow now. Yeah, I agree, assuming that there is ever true evidence of man-made global warming. Since there isn’t they are going to have a hard time enforcing it.
