Who are these fools voting for Romney, Fred, et al??? They dropped out!! Had they voted for Huckabee, he’d be in the lead right now. As it is, McCain can still win. F-O-O-L-S.

Can someone who knows the demographics of the districts explain why District 09 is a mirror image of the rest — i.e. Clinton beat Obama. Is it a race thing?
To: outofsalt
Fairfax and Loudoun Counties have not yet posted. Both are HUGE!!!

John McCain now projected winner. Still hope on Huckabee.
To: Huck
Absentee voters perhaps? Those the sent in their ballots before those candiates dropped out. Especially overseas absentee ballots that get sent really early.

Yea, that’s a good point. Seems like absentee ballots are pretty dicey in the primaries.

Fairfax is going heavily for McCain over Huck...63-25 at the moment. Not as lopsided in Loudon, looks like McCain has about a 15 point lead right now ....

Calls for Huck to get out will only get louder now.

They probably didn’t want to vote for either.
I’d vote for McCain over Huckabee, but since I really didn’t want either, I voted for Romney.

Id vote for McCain over Huckabee, but since I really didnt want either, I voted for Romney. I'd definitely vote for Huckabee over McCain. But to your point, no, you wouldn't vote for McCain over Huckabee apparantly. You had your chance and chose not to. By voting for "no longer in the race", you left an opportunity for Huckabee. In reality, you didn't make any choice at all. You could have just as well stayed home. Same difference.

Nope, not fools --- folks who can't stomach Huckabee, but aren't comfortable with McCain and only wish to have to hold their noses once this year.
