What’s your take on that? Are they voting across party lines in support or more to influence who the eventual nominee is?

If it’s in support, ouch.

People hate Hillary. Some vote Obama because they hate her, some because they just don’t want to take any chances of her being the nominee.

McCain was already considered the winner, so a lot didn’t really care about the republican primary. I know we talked a lot here about there still being some sort of race, but in truth McCain stopped campaigning, and people have mostly moved on.

We were supposed to have some republican at our polling place handing out literature for a conservative running for Tom Davis’s seat, but I guess they decided there just wouldn’t be enough republicans showing up to make a difference.
