I finally found that website. The State website is running results close to that of CNN. The State Board of Elections is the one most of up to date.

So what your opinion? We better off having Obama off the Clintons for us in the primary?

Don’t know about you but this year keeps looking uglier and uglier to me.

For all the angry folks, none are so angry as those who've sworn for the last century and a half to NEVER vote for a black man.

They almost defeated Doug Wilder here in Virginia 15 years ago. They did defeat the Republican candidate for governor in Ohio and the Republican candidate for senator in Maryland a year and a half ago.

They exist, and in significant numbers.

The Democrats humor themselves when they tell their little lie about all the racists having become Republicans. They didn't. They're still in the Democrat party and they constitute from 20% to 30% of the Democrats who show up to vote.

Obama cannot possibly attract that crowd, and after getting the nominationf rom the Democrats he will lose the election at their hands.

Maryland polls to remain open an additional ninety minutes....Both Maryland Senators and the Governor endorsed Hillary Clinton.

Here's hoping their endorsements are as effective as Teddy Kennedy's endorsement for Obama in MA.

Your opinion. We better off with the Clintons or Obama winning the Democrat Nomination?

Just got back from voting. Both my wife and I voted for Huck. lol I didn’t decide until literally the last second. On the way to the polling place I intended to vote for Obama, just so I could vote against Hillary. Then I realized I would feel dirty and need to shower after voting in a dem primary, so I decided to vote in the Republican primary instead. Being a former FRedhead I was gonna vote for Thompson, but since he wasn’t running, I decided to vote for Paul since I have a strong libertarian steak. When I got to the voting machine, I had a change of heart and went for Huckabee...

Ditto for my lovely and gracious spouse and I. We both voted for Huckabee after momentarily considering voting in the Democrate primary. About eight hours after we voted I received a telephone call from Hillary asking me to vote for her! LOL.

Obama has won with significant margins in primarily white states like Iowa, Nebraska and Maine.

I would vote for a conservative black man. I would not vote for a democratic man: black, white, purple, green, pink, or rainbowed.

The point is that we want as many non-McCain delegates as possible in the convention. Anything can still happen.

Hitler’s grave is, variously, a warehouse outside Moscow and a parking lot in Berlin.

Look gang. The math just aint there. Even if Huck wins every state left he cannot get to 1195. McCain is going to win some of those delegates in the split states. I don’t see any way Huck can stop McCain even if he runs the whole board and wins every remaining state.

Actually, going into tonight, there were 1215 delegates left in the pool. Some of the states that have voted were "beauty contests" and did not allocated delegates. Those votes come later in more of a caucus setting. There are more than enough out there.

The Hillary people are really upset that Virginia didn’t open later.

See, there are a lot of federal employees that live in Virginia, and they are known to support Hillary. And they are all stuck in traffic because of the icy conditions — major roads are closed.

So they couldn’t get home to vote.

There will probably be lawsuits, because the Virginia democratic primary is proportional, and Hillary may have lost 2-3 delegates because of the weather.

Which is great for us. Lawsuits for the democrats.

Huckabee is going to come in a lot closer than expected, because a lot of McCain voters were sure he was going to win and didn’t bother to go out tonight in the weather.
