Unbelievable.

No, consistant.

If the man who brought you to your faith is a proponent of liberation theology, you'd expect admiration of Che.

From Rev. Wright’s, Obama's mentor, website.

Dr. Wright’s talking points (3.1.7) for Trinity United Church of Christ its Web site and the Black Value System (in response to Erik Rush’s comments (2.28.07) on the Hannity and Colmes show):

• One of the biggest gaps in knowledge that causes the kind of ignorance that you hear spouted by this man [Erik Rush] and those like him, has to do with the fact that these persons are completely ignorant when it comes to the Black religious tradition. The vision statement of Trinity United Church of Christ is based upon the systematized liberation theology that started in 1969 with the publication of Dr. James Cone’s book, Black Power and Black Theology.

• Black theology is one of the many theologies in the Americas that became popular during the liberation theology movement. They include Hispanic theology, Native American theology, Asian theology and Womanist theology.

• I use the word “systematized” because Black liberation theology was in existence long before Dr. Cone’s book. It originates in the days of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. It was systematized and published by theologians, Old Testament scholars, New Testament scholars, ethicists, church historians, and historians of religion such as Dr. James Cone, Dr. Cain Hope Felder, Dr. Gayraud Wilmore, Dr. Jacqueline Grant, Dr. Kelley Brown Douglas, Dr. Renita Weems, Dr. Katie Cannon, Dr. Dwight Hopkins, Dr. Linda Thomas, and Dr. Randall Bailey.

• These scholars, who write in various disciplines, also include seminary presidents like Dr. John Kinney and professors of Hebrew Bible, like Dr. Jerome Ross. Black liberation theology defines Africans and African Americans as subjects – not the objects which colonizers and oppressors have consistently defined “others” as.

• We [African Americans] were always seen as objects. When we started defining ourselves, it scared those who try to control others by naming them and defining them for them; Oppressors do not like “others” defining themselves.

• To have a church whose theological perspective starts from the vantage point of Black liberation theology being its center, is not to say that African or African American people are superior to any one else.

• African-centered thought, unlike Eurocentrism, does not assume superiority and look at everyone else as being inferior.

• There is more than one center from which to view the world. In the words of Dr. Janice Hale, “Difference does not mean deficience.” It is from this vantage point that Black liberation theology speaks.

• Systematized Black liberation theology is 40 years old. Scholars of African and African American religious history show that Black liberation theology, however, has been in existence for 400 years. It is found in the songs, the sermons, the testimonies and the oral literature of Africans throughout the Diaspora.

It's no surprise that the same people who support Obama are also fans of communist rebel Che Guevera (whose image is on that flag in Obama's Houston headquarters).

Ernesto "Che" Guevara alive....

Ernesto "Che" Guevara dead.

And liberals complain about the Confederate battle flag. At least the Confederates were Americans.

This proves the Democrat Party is the party of Treason. Every American needs to see this photo before voting.

Funny that this comes out the same day that McCain and Castro are having a long-distance argument over whether McCain was tortured by Cubans in Viet Nam.

Does Obama know his Houston supporters honor a terrorist in his campaign office? I'm sure he doesn't

Ha, I bet he approved putting it up! It's bad enough we have Hitlary to deal with, when all the Dems can come up with is Obama who is just as bad, but hasn't had all the time to be exposed for what he really is as Hillary has. Nor all the time to become so totally corrupt as the Clintons. Given the power of the Presidential office, I am sure he will do just as well as Bill and Hillary at taking this country down the tubes toward socialism.

The Dems have, I am sure, planned this rivalry all along. With these two top runners they have an enormous advantage. One or the other will bring in a lot of votes that the GOP is not attracting - including the cross-over and independent voters who will pick a candidate because either she is a woman, or he is black - period. That tactic has kept their campaign in the spotlight...and no matter which candidate ends up the front-runner, the Dems will probably win the White House. Especially because the Republican Party is so fractured now with many dissapointed (who might not even vote at all) over the possible nomination of McCain, and no conservative on the scene to rally behind.

Typical communists both Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton. Also Hillary Clinton has a picture with a woman supporter who was wearing a Che Guevara T-shirt. I am sure some freepers may have it because I saw it few times on this forum.

The DUpers have gone ape-s**t over this, with some claiming that it isn't a real Obama office.

We can expect the Hildabeast to plaster this image all over her websites, commercials, and publications---- as soon as she purges commie iconography from her own campaign offices, that is.

There is something eerie about the Obama campaign; the way his followers speak of him with a sense of religious awe; his distancing of himself from the Star Spangled Banner and the Flag; his coterie of Islamist insiders; his far left record being portrayed by the MSM as “moderate” and “unifying”; his acceptance of the personality cult surrounding him. I think if this guy is elected, American sovereignty and the Constitution are in serious jeopardy.

That commie Cuban flag fits Sheik Obama like a kid glove. He's a collectivist and a cut'n run Muslim-appeaser through and through, and that's just two of his better qualifications for President and Commander in Chief.

If I was somehow forced to vote for a Democrat in this race I would vote for a Hill 'n Bill rerun before I would vote for that phoney-baloney con man. It has nothing to do with race, I just can't stand the sight of the man and I couldn't if he was whiter than GA cotton. I believe he's as phoney as a $3 bill, and if he takes over the White House we will remember Hill 'n Bill with regret that they didn't stop him when they might have with one of their infamous Arkancides.

If the US has now come to the sorry point where we will elect a man who has zero qualifications for even the office he how holds, much less the Presidency, just because he is a pretty new face in town and spouts words like "change" every 30 seconds, the old Republic is over and done for IMHO.

Don't ask me what I really think about Sheik Obama, I couldn't get my reply past the moderator.
