I don’t know exactly how it works as this was my 1st one. I was expecting a discussion on the candidates from who we wrote on the sign-up sheet but there wasn’t any (and the guy that was the PCO has been one for at least 2 other elections). As I was starting to leave there was just he and another guy left and I asked him a couple of questions, including what about the voting for candidates and he pointed to the sheet and said that’s who you voted for (Romney). I had envisioned that each precinct had to decide for 1 so I was fully prepared to present and argue my case; however, it never got to that.

For those precincts that didn’t have any delegates (there was at least 1 of I know of) will they just report those as a no vote for the caucus? The folks in that caucus can still vote in the primary which accounts for 51% of the allocation.

EVERYONE:

So, if what you said is what is taking place, they are reporting to the media the "results" from what we wrote on the sign-in sheets, but the people who volunteered to be delegates and whom they said they (or decide later to) will vote for is the actual, real result.

Just as I thought.
