I know this is heresy, but I’ll say it anyway. It won’t be the end of the world (or the country or the republican party either) no matter who gets elected.
Each candidate will have a problematic candidacy. But, if the country goes down the tubes because of one president, well, this country wasn’t as great as I thought. I will go to my online lynching now with dignity. LOL
And I’ll be joining you because I will never believe it will be the end of us. Not with what I know of history and those who fought for this country.
I still think we’re screwed, lol. And seriously, we are. It’s going to take another dark period (Civil War, Great Depression type period to make people realize). But I have no doubt, we will survive and win.
I’m angry and upset and sad by what’s happening in this country and how I think we’re too soft, from how we’re raising our kids, to education, to, hell everything. And I worry about illegals and politicians who pander to them (don’t even get me started on foreign affairs). But I will never give up hope that we will survive anything because the real americans, the people who made this country great and their decsendents (sp) will never allow that to happen. Just from reading here, I know there are thousands of Americans armed.
I still say we’re screwed because we are but no matter who gets elected (and I still think it’s Hillary), it won’t be the end of us/US/our country. There’s millions of americans who won’t allow that to happen.
