Uh yes. I was already here months ago, when the fredheads were busy putting rose colored clip-ons on top of their rose colored glasses.

Fred runs a lame campaign: check
Fred drops out before Super Tuesday: check
Fred endorses McCain: check

It was clear to anyone with eyes open, as i said at the time, that Fred was destined for failure. It was clear conservatives needed to bet on another horse. But the fredheads wouldn't listen.

Unless you said Fred would wait until the actual nominee was known and then call for party unity behind that candidate, you were not right all along.

In point of fact, Willard gave this thing to McCain, and Fred is just following on with him and all the other party bigs in saying “we must unite.”

And the stalking horse storyline (Fred drops out and immediately endorses his buddy McCain) turned out to be one more bullshit line out of the Romney Sleaze Machine.
