Are there any Freepers who support John McCain?

If you support Mr. McCain, can you make the case for your man?

Can you make the case without bringing up the War?

Can you make the case without bringing up Judges?

Can you make the case without using any ACU ratings? (Those don't impress anybody.)

Can you make the case without insults or telling people to "calm down"?

Can you make the case without the type of lying and dishonesty we've come to expect from John McCain and his special friend Mike Huckabee?

Can you make the case without trashing Barack Obama?

Can you make the case without using Hillary Rodham Clinton as some kind of boogyman or boogyperson?

Can you?

The ball is in your court.

You got a point, Joshua. I don’t remeber Hillary being part of the Gang Of 14

Do you realize that there is a difference between “supporting McCain” and holding your nose and voting for him?

Sho’ nuff! I am voting for him because he reminds me of Ike (Who wasn’t a hard-line “conservative” either)!

But Ike was not a traitor who put many in uniform at greater risk by giving the enemy all the information they wanted in order to get preferential treatment.

‘Sounds like you’re asking if we can make the case without making the case.’

Exactly. Even if McCain was exactly in line with the alternative on EVERY issue, which he isn’t of course, he will not retreat on the War and allow Islamofacism (as he has the balls to call it) a undeniable victory.

So if it comes down to clintobama or McCain, I support McCain and won’t let my petulance get in the way of the most important issue of our time.

We made fun of the Dems for running and voting for an “Anyone but Bush” campaign. Now the Republicans and Conservatives are running an “Anyone but Hillary or Obama” campaign.

That number has to go to 99% for McCain to win. Please support this man. He was a shining light in 1980 when the liberals were going to throw in the towel to the Soviets. Now Hillary and Obama want to do the same thing with Al-Qaeda. Except the result this time won’t be a cold war, it will be a maelstrom of terrorist chaos and death.

If you vote for mccain you are voting to close Gitmo and bring that evil to our shores.

This is hysteria.

Why don't you spend some time and tell me what evil we can expect with a President Hillary Clinton?

Do you think you can trust McCaine?

McCaine is worse than hillary because he has a lifestyle of selling out for his own personal gain.

The Democrats made more progress with Bush in office than they did with Gingrich leading the opposition against Clinton.

You and those like you keep rewarding the GOP.

It is just as sick as a battered woman who defends her abuser.

I listened to Rush today and he had some very good points about the current state of leadership, or rather, lack thereof, in the Republican party and how just letting John McCain gain the Presidency wouldn’t solve any of the really important problems Republicans face. I must say, I considered with holding my vote. I will this Tuesday in the MD primary for sure.

But then, I listened to Mitt at CPAC. His point was that we are at war and the Democrats, if allowed to gain the Presidency will not fight the War on Terror. They will seek appeasement and that appeasement will get Americans killed, potentially by the millions. This is totally unacceptable.

I do not like Mr. McCain. I believe him to be emotionally unstable. However, the one thing I know for sure about him is that he supports the War on Terror and the troops and for that reason alone, I will give him my vote in November. America first, politics second. I won’t like it and will work to have him replaced or mitigated as soon as possible but to allow a Democrat into the White House at this critical time in history would be a deadly mistake for this country and however much I can’t stand John McCain, I just can’t be a part of allowing that to happen.

I was voting Romney next month. He might make a good VP. Strong enonomic brain to balance McCain’s solid CoC credentials... Could Romney help turn Michigan red? I need some assurances from McCain that he’ll work for my vote, but here’s a hint: I WILL NOT VOTE FOR HILLARY OR OBAMA!

Unless you disagree and have an argument to support it, please...GET OVER IT and join us in the real world.

Thanks.

On Hannity and Colmes, Colmes is already calling SEN. Mccain a liar about his record. They didn’t even give it a day.

He was a liar yesterday and the day before why would today are tomorrow be any different.
