"What party will everyone join if we leave the GOP? Constitution Party? Form a new party? "

I heard Michael Savage last nite talking about starting a "Nationalist Party". No other details, except he won't be the candidate- just the architect. Like his personality or not, and I DON'T, you have to give him credit for some very insightful analysis- he pegged GWB way back (as in not a friend of conservatives).

A lot of people on FR have mentioned the need for a third party, and I agree- but it really needs someone like Savage or any talkshow host, with a media platform and large audience to start one.

Sorry, Mr. Savage, but anything with the word “nationalist” in it sounds like NAZI. Better think of another word.

Third party might be needed, but calling it something akin to a flunky party of the past is not a good idea.

I heard that, too, although he might want to retool the name. “Nationalist” brings up a lot of bad memories...

I’m listening to Glenn Beck right now and he is interviewing a leader from the Constitution Party. It seems to me Mr. Beck is also looking for a Third Party candidate.
